Any item (with the exception of clearance items, and bird seed) may be returned within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with all tags. If your item has been opened or used, it may be subject to a partial refund if returned within 90 days.
- If you have a receipt for the purchase: Refunds will be given in the same tender in which the item was purchased and for the same amount paid. (Note: if you received a discount on the item, your return will be for the discounted price, not the original price.)
- If you do not have a receipt for the purchase: A refund onto your credit/debit card or in cash cannot be given, but we can exchange your item or issue in-store credit or a gift card for the cost of the item.
Bird Seed Returns
If you are unhappy with our bird seed, you can bring back any unused portion within 30 days of purchase and we will trade it out for another type of seed. Price adjustments will be made if the foods are not equal in price. This policy only applies to bags of loose seed, and does not include suet products, seed cylinders, or other forms of bird food.
Sales on clearance items are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given on clearance items. (Note: the use of a coupon or discount code is not the same as a clearance item. Ask an associate if you have questions about your particular situation.)
Damaged & Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery or unpackaging, we will refund or replace your item. You must inspect your goods upon receipt and advise us of any damages or errors immediately, and we will arrange for a refund or replacement of the item. This will usually take between 3-5 business days. There may be some exceptions to this policy, including but not limited to, instances when damages are incurred by the shipping company or instances when the product is out of stock.
Many of our products have manufacturer warranties. Often we are able to fix or replace items in store or offer replacement parts, but in some instances customers may be required to contact manufacturers directly. Not every product we sell has a warranty. Please ask an associate for further questions on item warranties.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item (with the exception of damaged or faulty items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. When we receive your item and your refund is processed, you will only be credited for the cost of the item, not the shipping cost.
If you are exchanging an item via shipping, the time to process the return will vary depending on shipping times. We must receive the items from you before we send the replacement item.
